In 1990, we took the lead in putting forward the concept of “encapsulated compound fertilizer” and replacing the polymer-coated technology with the ecological process of fertilizer coated fertilizer. So far, the coating material widely used in the world is still polymer. It can be divided into two kinds, one is polyurethane(PE), which shell can’t be degraded for 15 years after it is released, and seriously pollutes the environment and has been banned in Japan for a long time. The other is plant polymer material, which uses similar vegetable oil as coating material to solve the pollution problem. For example, Australian brands Kingenta of Australia AG use this technology. And our coating material itself is fertilizer, the released shell can be absorbed and utilized by the soil, and the coating material itself is rich in medium and trace elements, which can promote crop growth and improve quality. Therefore, it is widely used and promoted in North America. Now it’s the fourth generation. With the continuous improvement of the process, the sustained release is more stable, the sustained release period is longer, the wrapping material is more environmentally friendly, and the production process is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving. How it works ?

The urea particles are coated by the citrate soluble substances in the coating layer. The coating layer is not easily soluble in water, but depends on the weak acid secreted by the plant roots to react with. The coating layer releases nitrogen through the nano pores on the surface. When the nitrogen is released, the dense layer formed by the coating layer and the weak acid of the plant roots becomes an empty shell, which is divalent metal ammonium phosphate, It is rich in calcium, magnesium, silicon and other trace elements.Its advantages are as follows:

Characteristics of sustained release:

It is not affected by many external factors such as temperature, soil pH, microbial activity, soil moisture content, soil type and irrigation water. It depends on weak acids secreted by plant roots. With the vigorous growth of plants, more weak acids are secreted by roots, and more controlled-release fertilizers are released. When plant growth is slow, the weak acid secreted by root system is less, and the nutrient released by controlled release fertilizer is less. Its release is completely consistent with the growth curve of the plant.

 

Core Competence of our controlled release fertilizer :

1. All N,P & K elements can be slow release in our controlled release fertilizer, while other types can only slow release N, so our fertilizer utilization rate is higher.

 

2. The slow-release period coincides with the crop growth period.

Our fertilizer takes nitrogen fertilizer as its core, encapsulates potassium fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer layer by layer, and the outermost layer encapsulates bivalent metal ammonium phosphate as the slow-release layer. It releases all nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium slowly through the microporous coatings which is slightly soluble in water. By adjusting the thickness and density of the wrapped layer to make nutrient release rate consistent with crop nutrient uptake rate. It is more in line with the law of fertilizer requirement of crops and greatly prolongs the “dining time” of crops.

 

Our release time 90-120 days is tested by AOAC method in the United State. The nitrogen utilization rate can be increased by 15-20% effectively. It can fully meet the nutrient requirements of field crops during the whole growing period. Our fertilizer is fully encapsulated and sustained-release for each granule. It is totally different from the so-called slow-release fertilizer process in which controlled-release urea is mixed with common compound fertilizer on the market. Really achieved the goal of “the same amount of fertilizer with high yield, the same yield with less fertilizer”.

 

3.Total nutrition– In addition to the slow-release characteristics of our fertilizer, the coating is also rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, silicon, zinc and many other micro-elements. Among them, magnesium can promote the synthesis of chlorophyll and protein in the leaves of crops, improve the activity of enzymes in the body of crops, and the content of magnesium oxide in our coating is as high as 8%. Each granule is a compound of overall nutrition effectively guarantees the nutrient supply in the whole process of crop growth, increases yield and improves the quality of agricultural products. It’s equivalent to buying a full nutrition package for crops.

 

4.Good raw materials make good fertilizers– adhering to the concept that good raw materials can achieve good fertilizer ,the nitrogen fertilizer we used is high-quality urea, potassium fertilizer imported from Russia and phosphate fertilizer comes from monoammonium phosphate & phosphoric acid, no other filling materials. 5. Environmentally friendly– Most of the controlled-release fertilizer are “polymer encapsulated particles”, which is difficult to degrade and destroy the structure of soil aggregates, resulting in secondary pollution of soil. We use reactive binders to form compact and porous “coatings” to eliminate environment pollution . In the process of fertilizer decomposition, not only will the soil not be damaged, but also the soil can be loosened and nourished. 6.One-time application of base fertilizer without topdressing.Since its popularization, our controlled release fertilizer has achieved considerable results, especially for maize, which can directly save 30 yuan (USD $5 dollars )per mu (667 square meters) of cultivated land, one third of seeds, more than double the utilization rate of fertilizer, save labor and money.
